First off, we would like to offer our condolences on your loss.

There is no charge for our service.

Every year millions of dollars are spent by Direct Marketing Companies sending addressed mail and telemarketing to deceased people – some of these people have been deceased for over 5 years.  This upsets, and sometimes offends the surviving family member.  Prior to now a service was not available to prevent this from occurring.

The information that you provide will only be used to PREVENT direct marketing.  Under Canadian Privacy Law, we need to ensure that your consent is given for us to use the information as we have stated, and ONLY as we have stated.  We guard the information using numerous methods and have regular security audits performed by a third party.  For further details, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section.

Our service will be effective in reducing the amount of Direct Mail and Telemarketing calls that you receive in the deceased person’s name.  Please keep in mind that companies prepare marketing campaigns in advance and therefore you should not expect immediate results.  Our expectation is that over the course of the first several months you should see a steady decline in the amount of direct mail and telemarketing calls.

PLEASE, do NOT sign up for our service if you do not want to receive direct marketing yourself.  The Canadian Marketing Association operates a service for this purpose and you will reduce the effectiveness of our service.  Please visit the CMA’s website here.
